Early this morning Ridge Culver Firefighters responded for the Motor Vehicle Collision with persons trapped on Route 590. E182 arrived on scene with Laurelton Fire’s R168 and confirmed a two vehicle MVC with two persons trapped and one vehicle on its side. Crews on scene removed 1 victim who was transported to SMH with injuries. The second victim ultimately perished on scene and was extricated post investigation (NYSP)by RCFD. Crews were on scene for a total of three hours.
