This morning we received a call from the Chapel Oaks Apartments within the St. Ann's Community in Irondequoit. They requested our assistance with re-stringing their flag pole, which they were unable to reach with traditional methods. We were glad to stop out in between calls and give them a hand!

"A big thank you again to Ridge Culver Fire Department for re-stringing our flag pole. We have been without a flag flying in front of Chapel Oaks for several months after ours ripped down in a storm. Not only did they fix the string, they trimmed the branches that the flag got caught on during the storm. Our Residents are very happy the flag is back up.
