| The Ridge-Culver Fire District would like to congratulate Ralph Rizzo on his retirement after 20 years as a career fireman. Ralph started as a volunteer with us in 1992 before getting hired full time in 2000, having served a total of 29 years to the residents of Irondequoit. Over his tenure Ralph was one of the charter members to organize the RCPFA L-4176 which he would eventually serve as president. Ralph also spent many years working in our Public Education office, going around to schools for fire safety presentations, coordinating the ride to school contests, blood pressure clinics and town farmers market events. Congratulations Ralph and we wish you well on your retirement! |
