Earlier this week, career firefighters from Ridge Culver, Saint Paul, Laurelton and Henrietta were fortunate enough to attend training taught by retired Buffalo Fire Chief Mike Lombardo. Chief Lombardo was doing a lecture that evening in Henrietta and was gracious enough to take time out of his morning to pass along some of his 30+ years of experience. This excellent hands on training included both search and rescue and R.I.T. operations. It’s not often that a nationally recognized and respected instructor is available for smaller scale training like this, so we thank you Chief for your time!
