After 17 years of dedicated service to the residents of the Ridge Culver Fire District and the Town of Irondequoit, Firefighter Brian Lamendola has worked his last shift on 5/26/21.

Brian is a veteran having served our country for four years from 1990-1994 in the U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer 3rd class.

Brian started his fire service journey as a volunteer with the St. Paul Blvd Fire Dept. in 1999 before getting hired in 2004. Brian shared this time with his brother Barry who now works at St. Paul FD.
When Brian was hired in 2004 he attended the City of Rochester's fire academy with other co workers from Ridge Culver as well as other county and city Firefighters.

Brian is retiring to South Carolina with his wife Dawn.

Congratulations Brian and enjoy a healthy and happy retirement!
